Dr Josephine Drewett -

I qualified from Bristol University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery B.D.S

I worked for two years in general practice in Oxford before moving with my husband to Australia in 1991. Since then I have worked in a private practice in the Northern Suburbs. For the last twelve years I have tutored students at the UWA dental school on a part time basis. I am also involved in the examination of final year students.

I am a member of the Healing Smiles- a group of female dentists who donate their time for the treatment of victims of domestic abuse.

My special interests include oral medicine and the management of medically complex patients.

I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with a patient’s oral care. I enjoy working with patients to achieve optimal oral health and its link to overall health.

I have two adult sons and about a dozen goldfish. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, bushwalking, classical music and a good book!
